Who processes your information?
Drama Dynamics is the data controller of the personal information you provide to us. This means the school determines the purposes for which, and the way, any personal data relating to students and their families is to be processed. Evelyn O’Sullivan acts as a representative for the school regarding its data controller responsibilities; Evelyn can be contacted on 087 6441504 or [email protected]. Her role is to oversee and monitor the company’s data procedures.
Why do we collect and use your information?
The personal data of students, their families and teachers is collected and used for the following reasons:
• To inform students and their families of class and rehearsal schedules, competitions, examinations and news informing them of important notices.
• To have contact with families should an incident/illness occur.
• To keep teachers/Students up to date with any workshops etc.
• Students information – names, dates of birth, medical information, contact numbers (of guardians if under 18), postal and email addresses.
• Teachers email addresses
• Families information - names, postal and email addresses.
• Relevant medical information/ information on injuries or special needs.
How long is your data stored for?
In accordance with the GDPR, the company does not store personal data indefinitely: data is only stored for as long as is necessary to complete the task for which it was collected.
Will my information be shared?
Drama Dynamics will not share your personal information with any third parties.
